| We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on weight/volume of your order, and the
country of destination. We will always try to give you the best option.
All our shipments by International Shipping Company are insured and include
merchandise and shipping cost.
Other kind of shipments, like “International Economy Package” or
“International Prioritary Package” (both by Postal Service) include
only insurance for shipping cost, but not for merchandise.
If you order trees outside the EU, please, be sure about the phitosanitary
requirements in your country. We do not take any responsability on that matter
in any case.
The deadline for any return is 7 days after reception. The client must contact
Laos Garden to agree the return terms. Shipping charges are not refundable.
